Terms & Conditions

The following casino rules and regulations form an agreement between you (the Player) and Slots Village. Please read the following carefully.

All use of this online casino site is with your agreement to the following:

1. General introduction, definitions and stipulations

1.1 The "Slots Village Rules" are the Terms and Conditions constituting and governing the contractual relationship, as stated herein, and upon which the parties, as stated herein, hereby agree.

1.2 Slots Village reserves the right to bring action in the court of any other jurisdiction for injunction or other damages or for collections purposes. The English language version of this agreement shall supersede any other language version issued by Slots Village.

1.4 The Games offered by Slots Village operate under the license provided by Topgame as patent holders.

1.5 The individual having a contractual relationship with Slots Village is referred to as the "Member" ("Player").

1.6 A "Slots Village Account" is an Account held by a Member with the strict aim of establishing a normal commercial relationship with Slots Village and with the strict purpose of conducting betting and other gaming and gambling transactions.

1.7 The "Contract" is the contractual relationship between Slots Village and a Member constituted and governed by the Slots Village Rules.

1.8 The "Site" is the Internet gateway, accessible through the Internet address www.slotsvillage.ag, where all current and relevant information regarding Slots Village is published.

1.9 The "Software" is the collection of computer programs and related data, procedures and algorithms accessible via download or instant version available on the Flash platform, where relevant information regarding Slots Village is published, and bets and other gaming and gambling transactions take place.

1.10 A "Card" refers to all types of cards with a function of payment, charge, debit, credit and/or similar financial transactions.

1.11 "Payment Solution Provider" ("Payment Provider") is an intermediary third party acting as a payment agent.

1.12 A "Financial Institution" is a bank and/or other institution regulated by an applicable domestic financial service act or similar regulations.

1.13 "Force Majeure" refers to any occurrence or condition beyond one's reasonable control that leads to a delay or default in the performance to the affected party's contractual obligation and shall, for the purposes of the Slots Village Rules, include Acts of God; government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any necessary license where such denial or cancellation is made through no fault of the affected party); wars; insurrections; and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

2. Your Slots Village Account

2.1 An individual cannot participate in a Game unless that individual is registered as a Member and holds a Slots Village Account. In order to be registered as a Member, that individual must submit an Application for Registration ("Application"). The Application shall require at least the following details:

2.1.1 Acknowledgment that the Member is eighteen (18) years of age or older;

2.1.2 The Member's identity;

2.1.3 The Member's place of residence;

2.1.4 The Member's current and valid email address.

Any individual applying for Registration warrants that any information provided in this Application form is true and correct. Slots Village shall not register the individual where that individual has already been registered. Slots Village shall cancel that individual's Registration as a Member if it becomes aware that the person has provided false information when registering as a Member.

2.2 The person applying for a Slots Village Account acknowledges and accepts:

2.2.1 All definitions and stipulations, as stated under Clause 1 and/or herein;

2.2.2 The Slots Village Rules as currently published on the Site, as well as any possible future changes to the Slots Village Rules and Software.

2.2.3 The right reserved by Slots Village to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the Account Holder. It is the Member's sole responsibility to constantly check and read our Terms and Condition, in order to stay up to date with any and all possible changes that might occur.

2.3 Slots Village reserves the right at all times to, at its own discretion:

2.3.1 Decline to open a Slots Village Account and/or to close an existing Slots Village Account without any explanation whatsoever;

2.3.2 Modify the Member's VIP level at its own discretion and without prior notice;

2.3.3 Decline to accept deposits without any explanation whatsoever;

2.3.4 Suspend and/or cancel the participation of a Member in promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever Slots Village has legitimate concerns that the Account is used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices;

2.3.5 Request documents to verify the identity and the authorization to use a specific Card and/or other facts provided by the Member, before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals;

2.3.6 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, data regarding a fraudulent Member to any other legal entity, in any country, subject to Slots Village guaranteeing that the said data at all times is transferred and managed in accordance with applicable laws, Data Protection Acts and/or similar legislation or regulations;

2.3.7 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, the rights and the liabilities regarding a fraudulent Member to any other legal entity, in any country, subject to Slots Village guaranteeing the liabilities being honored;

2.3.8 Hold and manage funds belonging to Members in accordance with generally accepted guidelines for cash management regarding such funds; this may include a Financial Institution and/or a Payment Solution Provider being entrusted to hold funds in the name of and/or for the benefit of Members;

2.3.9 Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on a Slots Village Account and/or refuse to honor a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly, the Slots Village Rules have been violated and/or other unauthorized activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of a Slots Village Account. This is subject to any of the said events being in connection with the Slots Village Account and/or the claim in question.

2.4 Those who apply for a Slots Village Account must warrant that they are not under the age of 18. Minors cannot register as a Member and cannot hold a Slots Village Account. Slots Village reserves the right to request proof of age in order to verify the information provided. Accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

2.5 A Member warrants and represents, at all times, not to be:

2.5.1 A resident of Afghanistan, Guinea-Bissau, Somalia, American Samoa, Haiti, Angola, Hong Kong, Sudan, Belgium, Iran, Syria, Burundi, Iraq, Tajikistan, Cambodia, Israel, Turkey, Chad, Libya, Turkmenistan, Chinese Taipei, Martinique, United States of America, Congo Republic, Monaco, US Virgin Islands, Democratic Republic of Congo, Myanmar, Uzbekistan, Eritrea, Netherlands, Venezuela, France, North Korea, Yemen, French Guyana, Philippines, Zimbabwe, Guadeloupe, Puerto Rico, Guam, Singapore, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy or Romania;

2.5.2 Restricted by limited legal capacity;

2.5.3 Acting on behalf of another party;

2.5.4 Classified as a compulsive gambler;

2.5.5 Using funds originating from criminal and/or other unauthorized activities;

2.5.6 Conducting criminal activities whereby a Slots Village Account is involved directly or indirectly;

2.5.7 Involved in any activity that is connected directly or indirectly to Slots Village, meaning all entities that deploy their services to any network of websites related to Slots Village.

2.5.8 A professional card counter. If a member is found to be a professional card counter, any winnings will be forfeit and his/her account will be subject to immediate closure.

2.6 Slots Village warrants and represents, at all times, to:

2.6.1 Manage funds belonging to Members in a secure and appropriate manner;

2.6.2 Absorb the cost of, and pay the Betting Duty, as applicable, at the place of Contract;

2.6.3 Manage data regarding a Member in accordance with applicable laws, Data Protection Acts and/or similar legislation or regulations.

2.7 A Slots Village Account is opened, held and settled in a currency as agreed upon between Slots Village and the Member. All amounts displayed relating to wagers and winnings shall be quoted with the symbol of the agreed currency. Slots Village calculates and settles all matters involving exchange rates in accordance with recognized Financial Institutions at currently applicable exchange rates. Slight differences may be observed between agreed amounts and recorded amounts due to variances between exchange rates.

2.8 A Slots Village Account does not accrue interest.

2.9 If there is no activity in relation to the account controlled by you for 2 years, we reserve the right to acquire your current nickname. You consent that if your nickname has been acquired after 2 consecutive years of inactivity, it can be utilized by any of our other members. You will still have the right to login and play our online games by using your account ID.

2.10 A Member can hold only one Slots Village Account at a time. If this rule is breached, Slots Village reserves the right to block and/or delete the superfluous Slots Village Account(s) held by the Member in breach of this clause. No funds in the superfluous Slots Village Account(s) shall be refunded.

2.10.1 If fraud is detected on a Member's Account, Slots Village shall block the Account and freeze the funds, and the Member shall have her/his access to Slots Village banned. No further payments shall be processed towards the Member.

2.11 The Slots Village Account is intended for personal entertainment and non-professional gambling. Accessing the Slots Village Account for any other purposes than the aforementioned is strictly prohibited.

2.12 Any claim regarding a transaction in conjunction with a Slots Village Account shall be made to Slots Village within three (3) months after the transaction, payment and/or settlement took place, or should have taken place. Otherwise, Slots Village reserves the right at its own discretion not to consider the claim.

2.13 Regarding disputes, it is advisable that the Member lodges a complaint with Slots Village's Customer Service. The parties should do their utmost to reach an amicable settlement within a reasonable time.

2.13.1 Members who resolve a complaint using other means than our communication channels shall have their account closed, following a resolution of their complaint.

2.14 Whereupon a dispute should occur between Slots Village and the Member, Slots Village shall put a transaction record at the Member's disposal. Such information shall also be made available to a legitimate third party (e.g. a judge or court) if Slots Village so wishes or agrees.

2.15 The complainant must provide clear and unequivocal information about his/her identity and shall give all the relevant details that gave rise to the complaint.

3. Payment Rules

3.1 Deposits to, and withdrawals from, a Slots Village Account shall be made only through a Financial Institution or a Payment Solution Provider. Procedures, Terms and Conditions may vary from time to time, as well as between different countries and different Financial Institutions. Current advice is available on your Slots Village account, under the "Cashier" and "Withdraw" sections.

3.2 Slots Village shall keep Members' funds separately from Slots Village's own funds, in a Member's Account held with a Financial Institution.

3.3 Before making any payment out of a Slots Village Account, Slots Village shall verify the Member's identity, age and place of residence.

3.4 Slots Village may appoint a Payment Solution Provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or expedite withdrawals on behalf of Slots Village.

3.5 Slots Village does not accept cash funds sent or delivered directly to Slots Village.

3.6 Slots Village shall credit to the Slots Village Account all funds received by Slots Village from or on behalf of the Member, or owed by Slots Village to the Member.

3.7 A Member may make a deposit only with the Member's personal Card or other payment method, if applicable.

3.8 Slots Village shall not accept a wager from a Member unless a Slots Village Account has been established in the name of the Member, and it is shown that there are adequate funds in the Slots Village Account to cover the amount of the wager, or funds necessary to cover the amount of the wager are provided in an approved way.

3.9 The Amount representing a Member's credit shall be dealt with by Slots Village only if the following situations occur:

3.9.1 Any wagered amount becomes countable towards the balance system in case the Member is in the course of a Game that implies a wagering activity;

3.9.2 Funds representing the credit owned in the Member's Account can be transferred into her/his Account, at the Member's Request;

3.9.3 The Casino can operate payment activities that consist in reasonable bank charges resulting from received deposits and withdrawn funds from Slots Village.

3.10 Payments representing withdrawals requested by the Member from her/ his Slots Village Account are directly addressed to the Member or transferred to a bank account held by the Member, as advised by the Member.

3.11 Slots Village reserves the right to charge an administrative cost when offering withdrawals, cost which is indicated on the Site. The amount is based on the exact cost charged by the Payment Provider.

4. Security Rules

4.1 Slots Village upholds strict confidentiality regarding all information entrusted by a Member. Data shall be disclosed if required by the governing authority, a judge or another public authority. Data can be disclosed to a third party for investigation purposes if the Member violates Slots Village Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Once the Account is created, the Member is given a personal Account ID. The Member chooses a password and nickname, and it is the Member's own responsibility not to share this information. If the Member has reason to believe that others have become party to this information, the Member should immediately contact Slots Village's Customer Service, and a new password shall be issued.

4.3 All telephone conversations between Slots Village and the Account Holders are recorded for security, training purposes and/or quality assurance purposes.

4.4 All Internet communications are kept on record for quality assurance purposes.

4.5 Card deposits may, from time to time, be partially and/or fully declined, subject to certain security systems managed in collaboration with a Payment Provider and/or a Financial Institution. Such security measures may decline legitimate Cards, which nevertheless, at a particular time, it is not possible to process. Slots Village's personnel do not control the said systems; however, they shall offer assistance as necessary and suggest alternative options.

4.6 Before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals, Slots Village may request documents to verify the identity of the Member and may also request from the Member the authorization to use a specific Card. All these may cause slight delays.

4.7 The use and abuse of a bug in any of the Gaming Software provided on Slots Village platform is illegal. If the Player detects a bug in the gaming software, s/he must immediately inform Slots Village sending an email at support@slotsvillage.ag. Slots Village shall take all necessary steps in case of a use and/or abuse of a bug from a Player as block the Player Account, freeze the funds and even take legal measures.

4.8 A "Household Account" refers to registered members with a shared residence.

4.8.1 The Member can use the Bonus Money only once per household/IP address. In case of Bonus abuse, the Bonus shall be forfeited and any funds on this Account shall be frozen.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Slots Village adheres to the Data Protection Act, and other relevant regulations, legal notices and/or similar at the Place of the Contract taking account of the Data Protection System. Furthermore, Slots Village has adopted the best practices regarding the principles of email communication with Members.

5.2 All the aforementioned is in place in order to assure Members that at all times the personal data is:

5.2.1 Processed in accordance with the rights of the Member;

5.2.2 Processed fairly and lawfully;

5.2.3 Obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose;

5.2.4 Adequate, relevant and not excessive to its purpose;

5.2.5 Accurate and updated;

5.2.6 Kept in a secure manner;

5.2.7 Not kept longer than is necessary for its purpose;

5.2.8 Not transferred to jurisdictions not adhering to the aforementioned Directives;

5.2.9 Utilized for marketing purposes based on the so-called opt-in principle.

5.3 Slots Village discloses personal data when required to do so by order of the Governing Authorities and/or under any legal provision contained in the Governing Law. For fraud detection and control purposes, Account Holders agree that Slots Village has the right to transfer Members' personal data to third parties, including so-called AVS service providers and other partners. Furthermore, Slots Village reserves the right to disclose personal data to relevant recipients when Slots Village has reasonable ground to suspect irregularities that involve a Slots Village Account.

5.4 Slots Village shall disclose personal data with the purpose to provide the Member with other partners' products and services that may be of interest to the Member. The same information may also be shared with other related entities, employees, independent contractors and/or other business partners.

5.5 Slots Village shall not share the Member's personal data with other entities that do not have a partnership agreement with Slots Village, except to the extent necessary to fulfill the Member's required transactions (Payment Solution Providers, Financial Institutions and similar entities whose involvements are objectively required), in which case it is subject to these entities' privacy policy to treat the Member's personal information as confidential.

5.6 As a member, you accept that we authorize our games that you play to interact with all social media networks and you are granting us permission to use any part of the information that the specific social network shares with you and us. You also bestow your consent for us to identify you personally. You are also granting us the right to allow your social network contacts to access you so that you can play socially. Our objective is to make our Games more enjoyable for you and for other members that play them on that specific social network. If these practices are not acceptable to you, you should not allow our games to interact with your social network.

5.7 Slots Village reserves the right to process personal data for Customer Relationship Management purposes. However, only Members who have agreed to opt-in shall receive marketing material.

5.8 The Member has the right to require access to her/his own personal data, and/or the right to correct and/or erase incorrect and/or inappropriate data. Queries regarding data privacy can be sent to support@slotsvillage.ag.

5.9 The Slots Village website works by using cookies for the following purposes:

5.9.1 To identify the Member's preferred language so it is automatically selected when the Member returns to Slots Village;

5.9.2 To ensure the bets the Member places are associated with the Member's betting coupon and Account;

5.9.3 To ensure the Member receives any Bonuses for which the Member is eligible;

5.9.4 For analysis of Slots Village website traffic to allow us to make suitable improvements. Please be aware that it is not possible to use the Slots Village Site without cookies. 5.10 Except the situations noted above, email addresses and other private information collected by Slots Village shall not be shared, rented or sold to any third party.

5.11 The winnings and processed withdrawals are subject to advertisement. Information about the Member's winnings and other personal information shall be provided for this sole purpose. Information about winnings and/or processed withdrawals shall also be provided to third parties acting under good faith that such information is required to be disclosed under law, regulation or any governmental or competent regulatory authority.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 A Member may set a limit on the amount s/he wishes to wager within a specified period.

6.2 If Slots Village believes that the Member's gambling activity shall result in self-inflicted financial or personal difficulties, then Slots Village reserves the right to close the Account.

6.3 Be advised that remote gaming, including gambling, can be addictive.

6.4 The Member has the option to request a weekly deposit limit by email or fax. A waiting period of 24 hours is necessary for any request to be processed.

7. Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

7.1 Withdrawal requests are reviewed every day, from Monday to Friday, within 72 hours from the moment the Member placed a withdrawal request on the Slots Village Account.

7.2 Upon requesting a withdrawal, the Member agrees and accepts that s/he understands the withdrawal Terms and Conditions. The Account Holder also acknowledges that payouts are processed through the available payment methods featured only on the Slots Village withdrawal page.

7.3 Slots Village shall honor only one payout approval per related account, per review and per week.

7.3.1 If a Member submitted more withdrawal requests simultaneously, only one of the submissions shall be subject to review.

7.3.2 The Member is not allowed to cash out the Bonus Money.

7.4 Once approved, a withdrawal request can take between 24 hours to 12 business days to be finalized.

7.5 Member Accounts set at high risk by the Slots Village Security Department shall have their payout requests automatically declined.

7.6 It is mandatory for all Members to meet the wagering requirements before requesting a payout. Members who fail to comply with the wagering requirements shall have their withdrawal request declined. Consequently, the funds shall be returned to the Member's Account.

7.7 Withdrawal limits:

7.7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is $50, per request, via all available withdrawal options, excluding Paper Check, which has a minimum withdrawal limit of $300; Bank Wire, which has a minimum withdrawal limit of $500; and E-Check, which has a minimum withdrawal amount of $100.

7.7.1.1 Paper Check withdrawals will be charged a $20 fee and Bank Wire withdrawals a $28.75 fee. For ACH payouts, the account holder will be charged a $10 fee for amounts below $1000 and $20 for amounts equal to or higher than $1000. (Depending on our area, some of the aforementioned options might not be available. For further information, please contact our Customer Support Department).

7.7.2 The maximum withdrawal amount is up to $35,000 per week according to the Member's VIP level.

7.7.3 In the event that the Member's Account is operated under different currencies, the same withdrawal limits apply; Slots Village calculates the corresponding exchange rates in accordance with recognized Financial Institutions in order to respect the withdrawal limits as settled in USD.

7.7.4 The maximum withdrawal limits, depending on the Member's VIP level are:

7.7.4.1 VIP Bronze level Members have up to a $1,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;

7.7.4.2 VIP Silver level Members have up to a $2,500 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;

7.7.4.3 VIP Gold level Members have up to a $5,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;

7.7.4.4 VIP Platinum level Members have up to a $10,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;

7.7.4.5 VIP Ultimate level Members have up to a $25,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit;

7.7.4.6 VIP Ultimate Plus level Members have up to a $35,000 maximum weekly withdrawal limit.

7.7.5 The Member's VIP level is based on her/his activity on Slots Village: The more active the Member is, and the more the Member plays, the higher the VIP level shall be and thus the payout limit shall increase. Also, greatly reduced activity shall result in a reduced VIP Level as well. In order to check the VIP level, the Account Holder may contact Slots Village's representatives.

7.7.6 The maximum withdrawal limits from free Bonus Money, depending on the Member's VIP level are:

7.7.6.1 VIP Bronze level Members have a $200 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus;

7.7.6.2 VIP Silver level Members have a $500 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus;

7.7.6.3 VIP Gold, Platinum and Ultimate level Members have a $1,000 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus;

7.7.6.4 Ultimate Plus level Members have a $2,000 maximum withdrawal limit per free bonus.

7.7.7 An Account Holder is entitled to receive free Bonus Money following the registration process. The withdrawal of free Bonus Money is available only to Members who made at least one deposit within the last five (5) days prior to the withdrawal request.

7.7.8. Once the Member makes a withdrawal from a Free Bonus, the remaining balance from the winnings corresponding to the Free Bonus in question will be voided.

7.8 Documents required:

7.8.1 Members must submit the following documents before submitting a withdrawal request:

7.8.1.1 Credit/Debit Card Vouchers of all cards used in the past six (6) months;

7.8.1.2 Valid government-issued photo identification card;

7.8.1.3 Copy of a recent utility bill no older than three (3) months prior to the submission date;

7.8.1.4 Front copy of the Card(s) used to fund the Account;

7.8.1.5 ACH voucher, if the E-Check option was used to fund the Account;

7.8.1.6 Copy of a signed voided check, if the E-Check option was used to fund the Account or if the E-Check option is used as a withdrawal payment method.

7.8.2 Members must have all required documents on file before requesting a payout. Should any information mismatch occur on a Slots Village Member's account, Slots Village is entitled to request additional documents in order to prove the identity and payment used on her/his other account registered within the same management company of the network of sites, prior to approving any withdrawal request.

7.8.3 All documentation received is valid for one year. It is the Member's sole responsibility to provide the Security Department with updated copies of the necessary documents.

7.8.4 All the required paperwork must be submitted to security@slotsvillage.ag.

7.9 Paper Check withdrawals:

7.9.1 Paper Checks are delivered to physical addresses only.

7.10 Verification process:

Security and Management reserve the right to choose Accounts with pending payouts randomly for an additional verification process. The process includes but is not limited to a review and authentication of the paperwork that has been received; verification that Account information matches the documents on file; and a thorough review of the Game sessions. This procedure can be performed up to twice per year and depends significantly on the security level set by our Risk and Security Department.

7.11 Update Payment method:

Slots Village solicits from all Members the corresponding information of their preferred withdrawal method via email to accounting@slotsvillage.ag. Slots Village shall not be held responsible in the event of a Member providing incorrect information that may result in the payout being sent to the wrong Account. For this reason, the information cannot be provided via a chat or phone.

7.12 Wagering requirements:

7.12.1 In order to request a withdrawal, the Member must wager a minimum of 25 times the deposit amount and 25 times the corresponding Bonus amount.

7.12.2 In order to request a withdrawal from free Bonus Money, the Member must wager a minimum of 99 times the Bonus amount.

7.12.3 Cash Back Bonuses are not subject to any wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately after being awarded.

7.12.4 Wagering requirements may vary from one offer to another. It is the Member's sole responsibility to request information about the wagering requirements to which s/he is subject, prior to accepting a Deposit Bonus or a free bonus.

7.12.5 The Member has the right to request a cancellation of a Deposit Bonus, in order to avoid being subject to any wagering requirements. If the Member places any bets while having a Deposit Bonus in her/his balance, that Deposit Bonus cannot be cancelled and shall be subject to wagering requirements along with the associated Deposit.

7.12.6 "Sign-Up Bonuses" are funds in the form of incentives, added to the Member’s account once the registration process is completed and the profile information is updated. Slots Village reserves the right to deny the participation of a specific Member under any circumstances.

7.12.6.1 In order to request a withdrawal from a Sign-up bonus, the Member must wager a minimum of 75 times the bonus amount and the maximum withdrawal limit from a Sign-up Bonus is $100.

7.12.6.2 In order to request a withdrawal from a Sign-up Bonus, the Member must have at least one approved deposit transaction into his/her Account.

7.12.6.3 Only the first bonus applied on the player's account is considered a Sign-up Bonus. The subsequent free bonuses that a Member receives before making their first deposit are not considered withdrawable.

7.12.7 The current wagering rules as stated are to be met according to each Game's payout contribution rate. Hence, the Member's bets are accounted toward the wagering requirements depending on the Games played, as follows:

7.12.7.1 The contribution rate is 100% for all slot games;

7.13 E-Check withdrawals:

7.13.1 Upon approval of an E-Check withdrawal Slots Village must follow an authentication process prior to any Bank Wire/E-Check being released;

7.13.2 The authentication process implies that Slots Village shall verify that the banking information on file matches the customer's account details with the bank. Only then shall Slots Village proceed with transferring the funds and the option for future withdrawals shall be available to the Member.

7.13.3 Failure to authenticate within seven (7) business days shall result in the declination of the withdrawal request and the funds in question being returned to the Member's Slots Village Account; furthermore, the option shall no longer be available to the Member. In the event of a change in the banking information, the bank account verification procedure shall be reinitiated in order to validate the new banking information.

7.13.4 Members must have all transactions cleared and up to date prior to requesting a payout.

8. Bonus rules

8.1 Bonus Money:

8.1.1 "Bonus Money" is an incentive that Slots Village offers in order to enhance the Members' casino experience;

8.1.2 The free Bonus Money represents the amount awarded to the Member, as stipulated in the promotional offers sent to the Member via email or newsletters;

8.1.3 Free Bonus Money is awarded only to Members who have at least one Deposit lifetime on Slots Village;

8.1.4 Bonus money cannot be withdrawn; it can only be put into play;

8.1.5 Bonus money can be used to play Slots Games;

8.1.6 Should a Member receive more than one Promotional Bonus offer, s/he shall be entitled only to the first one, any other requests pertaining the Bonus offers being declared invalid.

8.2 Sign-Up Bonus Money:

8.2.1 "Sign-Up Bonus Money" ("Sign-Up Bonus") represents funds added to the Member's account once the registration process is complete. The Bonus following the sign-up process shall be given once per account;

8.2.2 Sign-Up Bonus Money shall only be awarded if the Player completed the Member Profile information form with accurate information including full name, telephone number, and accurate home address and email address;

8.2.3 Sign-Up Bonuses shall not be credited to duplicate casino accounts, in the event of multiple casino accounts abuse, all balances shall be forfeited and all accounts shall be permanently closed;

8.2.4 Free Sign-Up Bonuses shall only be credited once, and they shall be awarded according to the casino promotion published on the Site or via the promotional emails sent by Slots Village.

8.3 Deposit Bonus:

8.3.1 "Deposit Bonuses" are defined as special promotional bonuses awarded to the Members, based on their deposit activity, constituting a percentage of the deposit back as a bonus;

8.3.2 Deposit Bonus money shall be credited only after the corresponding deposit is already credited in the Member's cash balance.

8.4 Cash Back Bonuses:

8.4.1 The "Cash Back Bonus" is a monetary reward representing a certain amount of the deposit money that has been put into the Games, which can be claimed back by the Member;

8.4.2 Cash Back Bonuses shall be credited only in cases where the Member lost the corresponding deposit.

8.5 Bonus promotions:

8.5.1 Occasionally, Slots Village may send Bonus promotions via email to a specific group of Members, and some of these promotions may be posted on other sites or throughout casino forums;

8.5.2 If Slots Village has enough grounds to believe that a Member was not included in a particular Bonus promotion, the bonuses shall not be awarded and no subsequent payouts shall be honored. Slots Village reserves the right to deny promotion participation of any Member without further explanation;

8.5.3 Slots Village reserves the right to provide Account Holders with general Bonus promotions disregarding their eligibility; Members shall be exempted from the Bonus offer if their Accounts do not comply with the conditions.

8.6 Members who are suspected to have Bonus-seeking patterns shall not be eligible for any Bonus promotions;

8.6.1 Members who have never made a deposit on the Slots Village account cannot receive more than three (3) sign-up promotions;

8.6.2 Slots Village reserves the right to deny more than one Bonus (according to rule 8.2) or close accounts due to suspicious or Bonus seeking pattern.

8.7 Bonus abuse rules:

8.7.1 Bonus abuse takes place when the Member has no intention to use the casino Bonus for entertainment but instead utilizes systematic-betting, advantage-betting techniques or betting at later extent, in order to manipulate the casino Games in her/his favor. Free Bonus abuse and Bonus betting systems shall not be tolerated at Slots Village. Members found using these methods shall be immediately blacklisted, and their original deposit amount refunded, unless the Member receives a total payout that exceeds her/his initial deposits amount. In such cases, no further refund shall be initiated. Any winnings made using methods of systematic-betting or advantage-betting shall be considered fraudulent and shall immediately become void.

8.7.2 Members shall be aware that Slots Village, as a part of a corporation, is ruled and managed under such principles and has created these Rules to prevent dishonest Players from visiting the Site.

8.7.3 Slots Village shall not tolerate abuse of free Bonus Money in advantage play. Free Sign-Up Bonus casino accounts and free Bonus credits are closely monitored by gaming specialists to avoid this practice. If a Member is found placing advantage bets with free Bonus Money, all associated casino accounts in the entire network of sites managed by the same company shall be immediately blacklisted and closed. All winnings shall be voided.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 The Slots Village Rules, as published in English, govern this Contract. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and a translation, the English version shall have priority over any translations.

9.2 Members are advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or are a resident.

9.3 Slots Village does not provide advice to Members regarding tax and/or legal matters.

9.4 Slots Village does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever for damage to a Member and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to any:

9.4.1 Mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling error, fault in reading, transaction error, technical hazard, Registration error, manifest error, Force Majeure and/or any other similar event;

9.4.2 Violation of the Slots Village Rules;

9.4.3 Criminal actions;

9.4.4 Advice provided by Slots Village;

9.4.5 Financial risk and/or loss, including, but not limited to variances in exchange rates;

9.5 Legal actions and/or other remedies: The SMS (Short Message Service) notification represents a service offered to the Member. Slots Village does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if there is a mistake in the content of the SMS or if you have not received the SMS.

9.6 Slots Village reserves the right, at all times, to resolve any disputes, at its own discretion, in accordance with principles of equity.

9.7 Slots Village shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that Slots Village's approved computer system enables any Member whose participation in a Game is, after the Member has made a wager, interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or a failure of the Member's computer system that prevents the Member from continuing the Game, to resume the Game upon the restoration of the system. If Slots Village's computer system does not enable any such Member to continue after the restoration of the system with a Game interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or the Member's computer system, Slots Village shall:

9.7.1 Ensure that the Game is investigated and, in some cases, terminated;

9.7.2 Refund the amount of the wager to the Member by placing it in his/her Slots Village Account.

9.8 If a Game is started but is interrupted because of a failure of Slots Village's computer operating system, Slots Village shall:

9.8.1 Refund the amount wagered in the Game to the Member by crediting it to his/her Slots Village Account; and, if the Member has an accrued credit at the time the Game is interrupted, credit to his/her Account the monetary value of the credit.

9.9 The Player should refrain from conducting another Game if the Game is likely to be affected by the same failure.

9.10 In the occurrence of any content related errors that show a discrepancy between the displayed content and the software configuration, the winnings' amount shall be set according to the software configuration, regardless of the displayed content.

9.11 In the event that Slots Village is found liable in any way, by a court of law and/or a similar authority with legal competence and/or jurisdiction over Slots Village, then Slots Village's liability is limited to the amount of the Stake or the Net Winnings, whichever is the lesser. Alternately, when relevant and applicable, Slots Village's liability is the amount recorded in the Slots Village Account or the amount transferred into or out of the Slots Village Account, whichever is the lesser.

9.12 Participation in Games implies the knowledge and the acceptance of the limits of Internet, especially:

9.12.1 The technical capacity; the replying time for consultation, interrogation or transfer of information; the interruption risks; and all other risks inherent in any connection and transmission failure;

9.12.2 The absence of protection of data;

9.12.3 The transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;

9.12.4 All dysfunction of the Network preventing the good progress of any Game;

9.12.5 Failure of any material of reception or communication circuit;

9.12.6 The loss of any data;

9.12.7 Any damage caused by a virus, computing bug or technical failure;

9.12.8 Any damage caused to the material of the Player;

9.12.9 Any failure preventing or limiting the possibility of taking part in a Game or a failure that has damaged the Member's system. The Member should take all appropriate measures to protect the data and/or Software stored in the Member's computer against all failures. The connection to the Site and/or Software and the participation of the Members in any Game are the Members' responsibilities.

10. Contributions

10.1 By sharing any material with Slots Village, including text, photographs, graphics, video or audio, Contributors agree to grant Slots Village permission to use the material in any way the Company chooses, free of charge (including translating and adapting it for operational and editorial purposes), in any of Slots Village Network entities and partners.

10.2 Copyrights in Contributions shall remain with the Contributor. This permission is not exclusive; a Contributor can continue to use the material in any way, including allowing others to use it.

10.3 A Contributor confirms that the Contribution is his or her own original work, that it is not defamatory and does not infringe any laws; that the Contributor has the right to give Slots Village permission to use it for the purposes specified above; and that the Contributor has the consent of anyone who is identifiable in the Contribution.

10.4 Participation in and/or Contributions to select Slots Village communities may require Registration with Slots Village. Any personal information supplied to Slots Village as part of the Registration process and/or any other interaction with Slots Village shall be collected, stored and used in accordance with Slots Village Privacy Policy.

10.5 Contributions must be civil.

10.6 No disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior: Contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or made with the intention of instigating disturbance, distress or disorder.

10.7 No unlawful or objectionable content: Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.

10.8 No spamming or off-topic material: Slots Village does not allow the submission of the same or very similar Contributions many times. Please do not resubmit your Contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.

10.9 No advertising or promoting.

10.10 No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar or offensive) nicknames. Slots Village reserves the discretionary right to exclude from the community site any Contributor who violates these Rules.
